Start at NZIR, the runway is long but brakes don't work on ice so use a small plane.
Take off and watch the runway. Did it move?
Land on the other runway NZWO, this is the real surprise and explains the strange water.
Taxi around and explore. Is the ground moving? Is the tower in the water or in the air?
